In order for us to help match you with your perfect pup, please give us some information about you and your family.

1. Do you have small children? If so, what ages?

2. As a family, are you more active, or more quiet and reserved? (It is best to match the temperament of the pup to the climate of the household)

3. Have you ever raised a puppy?

Upon acceptance of your application, we will contact you. If both parties choose to proceed, we will send you a link for our Puppy Contract. Upon receipt of the Contract we will invoice you for the deposit amount through Paypal. Please specify if you prefer to send a check.
